• Dilute it with a few teaspoons of carrier oil like argan oil & apply it.
• It’s recommended for acne treatment
• Psoriasis: Applying black seed oil has been shown to reduce the incidence of psoriasis plaques.
• For a warming massage :Add 1 tablespoon of a carrier oil such argan oil
• For hair and scalp health: add few drops to your shampoo and conditioner
• For Homemade perfume : add oil as a base note to its peppery scent.
