Including Australia and surrounding countries
If your country is not listed, our team will confirm the best available shipping option.

We process most orders within 2 to 3 business days.
Samples: 2–4 business days
Bulk Orders: 2–4 business days (depending on products and stock)
Private Label / White Label: 10–20 business days (depending on packaging and label printing)
Australia & Oceania Orders: usually 2–4 additional days due to longer transit time
Production begins after payment confirmation and, for private label orders, after packaging and design approval.

We adapt shipping methods to your order size, urgency, and budget:
Express Shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex):
Transit time between 4 and 10 days, depending on the distance from Morocco.
Air Freight:
2 to 3 days maximum transit time.
Road Shipping:
1 to 2 weeks depending on the destination (ideal for regional exports to Africa and Europe).
Sea Freight (Containers or Pallets):
Transit time varies according to destination and port of discharge; typically counted in weeks.

All international orders include:
Commercial invoice
Certificate of origin
MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)
Ecocert certificate (for certified products only)
Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the importer.

Bulk & Wholesale: Returns are not accepted unless quality issues are verified. Private Label: No returns once products are customized. If a verified quality issue occurs, we can replace the product.

We accept: Bank Transfer (SWIFT/SEPA) Split payments for large volumes (50% upfront, 50% before shipping)

Can I choose my shipping partner?
Yes. You can use DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, or your own freight forwarder.
Do you provide door-to-door delivery?
Yes, for most destinations we offer DDP service (Delivered Duty Paid).
What is the MOQ for shipping?
Private Label: Minimum 100 pieces.
Bulk (unlabeled): 5 kg minimum.
Do you handle customs clearance?
We provide all necessary documents. The importer handles local clearance.
Do you offer insurance for shipping?
Yes, we can insure shipments against damage or loss upon request.
